Procurement Officer

Leading university in Sydney has an urgent requirement for a Procurement Assistant / Officer. We are looking for a professional that has experience with large ERP systems, desirable – SAP Ariba.

You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the drive to get things done and contribute to the success of this organisation.

Your responsibilities will be:

· Providing high level support across procurement with activities such as purchasing, contract administration, payables, sourcing, and enablement.

· Deliver high volume end-to-end customer focused procurement services

· Be the first point of contact for all procurement related customer and supplier enquiries

· Build relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure you can provide efficient resolutions to customer requests

· Provide support to other service lines as required

About you:

· Great work ethic, able to pick up IT systems and roll with it

· Outcome driven individuals with great communication skills

· Must have SAP Ariba experience

· Excellent communication skills – written and verbal

· Proactive, have an eye for detail and keen to learn

Benefits:

· Immediate start and contract 6 month view to extend

· Hybrid – 1-2 days in office $50 /hour plus super

· Potential to extend for other opportunity and apply for fulltime in this process
