Project Manager – Audio Visual Integrator

Leading Audio Visual & Digital Integration solutions company in Australia is growing and is looking for experienced Project Manager in Melbourne. We are looking for a passionate PM with background in AV, IT, Construction, or a related field.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, the primary purpose is to head key clients for successful design, planning & quality control & delivery of around 9-10 projects at any given time.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· You will have financial responsibility with the projects

· Overseeing multiple projects of multiple projects

· Planning and scoping, being able to identify risks and controls for business improvement

· Manage stakeholder’s expectations effectively giving them A grade service

· Resource allocation internally and sometime external subcontractors are required

· Being able to prioritise and solve issues as they arise with solutions

· Ensuring projects are entered and project management tools are used effectively

· Manage paper, reports, and implementation of equipment to client

Selection Criteria for this role:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role and industry. You will be very customer focused, committed and passionate person. Possessing attention to detail & pride in your work. You will go places with this massive Audio-Visual Integrating organisation
