Hybrid opportunity to work on site (modern & funky) & at Homebush (free parking) (3 days) & City office (2 days).

This company is going through hyper growth this year in Australia! & Globally & need your help with best practice in front office duties

Reporting to the P&C Manager you will be supported to do your role, great culture and management team. Also this role can develop into other roles within the business too.

Main duties will include:

  • Overseeing the reception area and office facilities
  • Meeting clients and providing support and information
  • Maintaining and updating office processes and procedures
  • Assisting in the preparation of business reports
  • Arranging for events/meetings
  • Ordering office equipment and stationary
  • Coordinating meetings and functions
  • Updating the website and preparation of marketing material as required
  • All ad hoc duties as required

What you’ll need to succeed

You must have proven experience as an Administration or Office Manager, be highly customer service focused and demonstrate a hands on approach.

You will be well versed in office processes and procedures, have some basic account coordinator skills and be competent in MS suite Your communications skills, both written and verbal will be outstanding and along with your ability to liaise at all levels.

Your commitment to your clients, your administration team and the organisational will be unwavering, alongside your dedication to their values.
