Research Associate, Research Executive, Research Specialist

Our client is an award-winning prestigious global marketing organisation that utilizes the most advanced data technology to solve issues their clients face. They have established a new team in APAC and starting to recruit for their dream team in market research and intelligence.

Reporting Executive Head APAC, you will have the opportunity to work with them on exciting projects and initiatives across these regions.

What Will You Be Doing?

· Collaborate on Projects: Partner with our research team to support and execute various research studies. You’ll be involved in project scoping, costing, and budget management, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned.

· Hands-On Research: Dive into primary and secondary research projects. Develop research designs, sampling plans, questionnaires, moderator guides, coding frameworks, and analytical plans, all with the guidance of our senior team and the wider Asia Pacific support network.

· Skill Development: Enhance your research skills through on-the-job experiences and formal training sessions. We believe in continuous learning and growth.

· Vendor Management: Ensure data quality and timely delivery by managing external suppliers effectively. Your keen eye for detail will be crucial here.

· Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze research data to craft compelling stories that meet project and research objectives. Transform insights into impactful narratives.

· Client Interaction: Participate and contribute to meetings with Edelman partners and external clients, showcasing your insights and fostering strong relationships

What Will You Bring?

· Experience: You have 1 to 2 years of experience in research, with a solid foundation in both primary and if you have secondary methodologies experience will be a bonus

· Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Your technical skills are top-notch.

· Independent Worker: Capable of managing multiple deadlines within a project scope and budget. You prioritize effectively and work independently.

· Detail-Oriented: Your pursuit of excellence and attention to detail ensure flawless deliverables and data accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
