Research Operations Specialist

This is a newly created role which is quite exciting within itself as you will be providing strategic research and guidance for this leading global brand. Make your impact from day 1.

• A 12-month fixed-term contract with the view to convert into FTE, where you will be paid for public holidays and operate on a hybrid working model, a maximum of 1-2 days per week

What Will You Be Doing?

This team sends surveys to participants, facilitating incentivisation, making sure they acquire recruiting participants, quality control, pulling data sets together, and helping visualise the data through SQL, in a way that amplifies what has already been achieved before.

This is where you come in! You will be carrying out the following:

• Vendor Contract Management: Act as a liaison between vendors, researchers, contracts, procurement, and finance teams.
• General Research Advising: Consolidate valuable insights from previous studies to foster cross-pollination of knowledge.
• Recruiting: Utilise SQL queries and other tools to streamline recruitment processes
• Budget Management: Assist with invoicing and monthly reconciliation, resolving any issues that may arise.

What Will You Bring?

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in market research, with a mix of research agency and client-side experience preferred, however, 1 or the other is okay.
• Demonstrated ownership and contribution to product and program development.
• Proficiency in SQL to interpret and analyse data.
• Familiarity with R, Q, and/or SPSS is a plus.
