Salt Search is excited to partner with a prestigious university to enhance academic excellence and drive business improvements. We are seeking an accomplished Senior Organisational Change Manager to lead transformative initiatives across people and culture, and other work streams.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Project Director for Strategy, you will be pivotal in driving change and delivering results. Your role involves being a trusted advisor, leading and coaching executives, and ensuring the success and performance improvement of key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support to key stakeholders, ensuring their engagement and commitment to change initiatives.
  • Coordinate ongoing support services post-project to ensure the sustainability and success of implemented changes.
  • Mentor peers and Change Management specialists to enhance organisational change and engagement capabilities.
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and additional activities as required.

Selection Criteria:

  • Proven experience in designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating Culture, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, Learning, and Leadership Development strategies and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end projects across People & Culture, Systems, and Processes.
  • Superior conceptual, analytical thinking, and complex data analysis skills.
  • Extensive experience in project and program management and evaluation.
  • Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong learning agility and the capacity to adapt new concepts to changing environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in an appropriate discipline or equivalent professional experience.

What’s on Offer:

  • A 6-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance.
  • Competitive rate of $1000 plus superannuation per day
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days in the office, located in Sydney CBD.
