Shared Services Officer – Accounts Payable

This global organization is urgently looking for a talented and motivated Shared Services Officer – Accounts Payable to join the team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will have a broad range of responsibilities and work from their corporate head office to:

• Ensuring all payables are processed accurately and on time to vendors and employees
• Track expenses and process expense reports
• Support financial closing for assigned operating entities
• Answering AP-related enquiries from internal and external parties
• Provide support with continuous improvement of financial controls, policies, and processes

Shared Services Officer position for Accounts Payable

About you:

• Previous accounts payable experience in a dynamic AP team environment
• Experience with Pronto and Redmap (highly regarded)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Dealt with high volumes and fast-paced environment
