Strategy Officer

Our client is an established global brand company that is growing every day in Australia with servicing over 1200 channel partners across Australia. As they are going through growth, this is a pivotal role during this exciting transformation roadmap that lies ahead where you will be supporting.

This Strategy Officer role will serve as a partner to relevant stakeholders and form connection across the businesses, facilitating cooperation, and efficient delivery across multiple external (including third party vendors and internal stakeholder groups, collaborating to ensure high quality delivery of project deliverables. You’ll be reporting to the Director Strategy, Brand and Product who is very knowledgeable and supportive with great energy to match!

Main Responsibilities include:

• Day to day ownership of program management success, drive management of strategic portfolio of activities across the transformation program
• Provide analysis and reporting for leadership to enable strategic understanding of activities and providing value added insights
• Support resolution of issues escalated by workstream leads
• Lead specific workstreams, owning deliverables and driving completion of strategic projects
• Design, build and implement sustainable end-to-end processes for workstream and foundation
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive change management with stakeholders

Selection Criteria is as follows:

• Proactive, Energetic individual who has at least 3 + solid experience with program managing global shared service implementations across all business functions
• Very strong formal Project/Program management abilities with agile practices.
• Demonstrated experience in Management Consulting or Financial Services experience in a similar role
• A strong academic degree profile in Finance, Business or Economics or with an MBA being highly desirable
• Strong written and verbal communication skills allowing you to interact successfully at senior levels of the business
