Talent Acquisition Advisor!

A well-known company and household brand who are leaders in media production across the globe have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Advisor within the industry. Based in Sydney AU this role reports to Head of Talent, be part of a collaborative innovative team.

As a trusted Talent Advisor, you will support Talent Acquisition across all areas of activity. You will foster and maintain strong relationships with hiring teams by collaborating on strategies and developing highly engaged talent pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gain insight into business, departmental, and positional needs, allowing for the development of targeted recruiting strategies to source, attract, and fill key positions.
  • Business needs focus is around the full cycle of recruitment, which includes but not limited to:
    • Lead and manage recruitment discussions with respective Hiring Executive
    • Attract target audience with captivating and engaging Job Adverts
    • In collaboration with Hiring managers, develop and execute effective interview and sourcing strategies, focusing on internal and diverse talent
    • Utilise various tools to identify suitable candidates, including Workday Recruiting, LinkedIn, Phenom, and others.
    • Negotiating salary terms, working with the hiring teams to recommend best-in-case onboarding.
  • Develop and leverage a network through business resource groups and professional organisations to gain expertise in assigned functions while continuously enhancing the talent pipeline.
  • Actively support, educate, and champion internal talent while participating in special projects for continuous business process improvement.
  • Collaborating with the Early Talent team to conduct assessments and attend relevant events
  • Partner closely with Operations to ensure a candidate experience is reflected in the company’s values throughout the recruitment process.
  • Regularly update and manage WBD’s ATS (Workday Recruiting) to ensure accurate reporting on key metrics such as time to fill, costs, and source of hire.
  • Stay current with industry news and maintain a comprehensive understanding of functional areas.

About you!

  • 5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience across various roles in the ANZ region.
  • Ideally, a recruiter with in-house recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of recruitment effectively.
