Salt Search partners with a reputable Global Leading Finance Services Company to search for experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner (5 years +) with generalist recruitment background as internal talent acquisition & passion for best practice and driving business improvement practices.

Based at Homebush Area (Hybrid), you’ll be reporting to the HR Director and working alongside a friendly HR team members (4FTE) to lead all recruitment needs (end to end) for this organisation in Australia (The majority of staff are based in Sydney. You will be able to put your stamp on this role and be involved with strategy where you can implement business improvement practices.

Main responsibilities:

  • Being a trusted advisor to the hiring managers and HR team, you will work closely with all stakeholders to partner with matching experience, preference and fit for the teams.
  • You will be involved in recruitment strategy and sourcing of current and future critical
  • This is a “hands on” role where you will have peaks (15 roles) and troughs (2 roles) so there will have time to be proactive and be involved with projects.
  • You will recruit all types of corporate professional roles
  • Working with a collaborative HR team so willing to help your team members now and again.

We are looking for the following experiences and qualities:-

  • Strong experience in a similar role and is passionate
  • Self-motivated and able to work in a great team
  • Ability to build strong credibility with business leaders across the company.
  • Rigorous & studious work ethic, with the proven ability to go above and beyond to find the best solution
  • Excellent collaboration & communication (verbal and written skills)
  • We are looking for loyal recruiters that have tenure in their career history
  • Process orientation with an attention to detail
  • Experience with Elmo & strong LinkedIn skills
