Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Global Software Leader | Sydney (Hybrid)

Salt Search is partnering with a leading global software enterprise to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract (salary $135k-$145k + super) that may go permanent. Based in Sydney, you’ll report to the Head of Talent APJ, collaborating with HR and Talent teams to source and attract top sales talent across the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning talent with team needs.
• Lead recruitment strategy for critical sales roles, including market research and networking.
• Proactively source both passive and active candidates through cold calling and outreach.
• Manage up to 10 requisitions, focusing on diversity, internal mobility, and recruitment best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and communities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting for sales teams, particularly in tech/software industries.
• Strong research skills with a deep understanding of market trends.
• A hands-on, creative sourcer with a rigorous work ethic.
• Experience with recruitment platforms like Workday or Phenom People (desirable).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
