Training Consultant

This client is a well-established dynamic software company that is going through growth in bothoffering state Melbourne of art SAAS health care software solutions to their clients!

With two roles immediately available in both regions, we are

looking for passionate tech savvy customer

interface consultants who love technology and would like to

train and coach medical practitioners’ new software. This is a great career

opportunity with leading organisation, for someone that has a knack for helping

others with IT.

As a software organization in the Healthcare industry, the culture is innovation & forward thinking, and you will be praised with initiative-taking. You will be working closely with BDM after the sales contract to embed the client to become proficient with the software solutions.

This is a great role where you will be either working from home or

on site with the client assisting them with the following: –

· Be there to Setup new customer databases and conduct the remote

installation of these databases as required

· You will go to person for Knowledge of product & Services

· Your role is to train and provide exceptional onboarding

experience. You will be supported by a great internal IT, Sales, and training

team to provide this.

· You will be comfortable working independently

· Implementation of new software solution through client

consultant, implementation, and training consultancy

· Additional duties as required for e.g., Attend workshops,

seminars, interstate travel (ad hoc)

What will qualify you?

· Worked

with SaaS, Telco (retail), tech products or IT graduate and passion for helping

others in Training and Coaching Software.

· Strong customer service skills – able to be empathetic where

required

· Be organized, involved, proactive!

· Great presentation & communication skills.

· Be comfortable to work silo, able to meet with clients face to

face

· If you have tech training experience with both e-learning &

coaching (ie retail tech) would be a bonus
