ANZ Senior Marketing Manager

Salt Search is currently partnering with an award winning global digital brand searching for an innovative integrated Senior Marketing Manager from Agency & leading brands to join their team for a maternity leave cover contract.

This is a rare and exciting contract opportunity to showcase your craft. Ideally, we are searching for someone that can hit the ground running and are open to agency background candidates as well. Alternatively, we are also looking for a candidate that is working with global B2C brands.

This is a independent contributor role where you will be the conduit from internal stakeholders and external agencies.

Some of the Responsibilities are as follows are not limited to:

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Lead APAC, you will manage all marketing efforts in ANZ.

• You will be responsible for supporting and implementing marketing programs to establish a strong brand voice and drive profitable growth, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as PR/communications, digital, media, growth marketing, creative & design, product marketing, public policy, legal and country leadership to bring marketing campaigns to life.
• Lead the management of local agency partners, fostering best-in-class and highly productive partnerships.
• Enable and support localization, ensuring all marketing activities are both globally consistent and locally relevant.
• Manage analytics and reporting for brand health and marketing activities working closely with global and regional marketing, internal media teams, FP&A, and marketing analytic teams.

Key Selection Criteria for this role is the following

• MUST have 12+ years (flexible) of relevant work experience including having worked with agency.
• Be able to be part of strategy, overseeing plans from conception to execution to reporting.
• Have strong stakeholder capabilities including working cross functionally on integrated plans.
• An integrated marketing mindset, a passion for creative excellence in storytelling through multiple media types, both visual and written
• MUST have solid experience & successful track record with in off- and online media.
• Strong understanding of and experience working closely with product and/or growth marketing
• Collaborative in approach, empathetic in nature, and steadfast in intention.
• Appetite for a fast-paced environment and desire to constantly reassess and optimize.
• Proven leadership capabilities, building teams/networks, and communicating across national boundaries are a must
