Salt has partnered with a global leading Telecommunications company that is looking for a Consumer PR Chapter Lead who can develop innovative consumer communications across the lifestyle space.

The opportunity to take on a Lead position for the global leader in Telecommunications, where you will be the ringmaster of the PR communications world.
The diversity of working on a wide range of campaigns in the lifestyle space, with various communications and marketing team members.
You will utilise your innovative thinking and global best practice. As the company continues to grow, you will too, and in effect build out your talented team and their skills within the PR space.

Role & Responsibilities

Consumer PR

Lead and execute projects that align to key strategic pillars of the communications game plan to support the delivery of the overall business objectives
Maintain knowledge of trends in consumer PR through active thought leadership, and share expertise across the relevant chapters and broader communications team to inform their communications strategies
Lead the development of best-in-class creative campaign ideas and execution in collaboration with media, content and channels

Chapter Lead

Coach and develop chapter members within Consumer PR to enable them to deliver high-quality outcomes, providing support and feedback along the way.
Provide clarity on performance, behavioural goals and expectations to your chapter team
Actively maintain a talent pipeline for the chapter to ensure that workforce strategy objectives are achieved.

Experience

Working in a complex organisation is important, and strategic thinking that is built through an agency background will be highly advantageous.
Strong Communications Manager with 10 years of experience in order to coach and lead a team.
You need to understand how to deliver a strategy effectively and create large integrated consumer PR campaigns, as it is all done in-house.
