CRM Manager – Retail – Sydney
12 month contract
A leading retailer are looking to appoint a senior CRM Manager to join their growing marketing team. Joining this fast paced, entrepreneurial business you will be responsible for the management of the campaigns that are being created.
Ideally you come from a strong Email/ CRM background using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This position will be a good mix of strategy and hands on in all aspects of CRM and Email marketing.
CRM Manager Responsibilities
- Working closely with the Head of Digital and other senior members of the team, you will create engaging, creative and customer centric strategies
- Ensure that all campaigns are fit for purpose and tested before execution
- Produce clear plans for each quarter to deliver new customer focussed objectives
- Communicate with internal stakeholders as the business moves through the delivery of the new CRM programme
- Drive customer journeys across the broad media estate (App, Digital, email)
CRM Executive Requirements
- Ideally educated to degree level
- 5 years’ Digital experience, 3 years’ CRM
- Experience of developing and executing CRM strategies
- Analytically minded
