Role
You will be the digital marketing and e-commerce manager of a company that thrives on providing a positive health care experience to customers and working towards their 2025 digital strategy plan. A plan that aims to position them as the number one choice in sleep health by offering solutions that are accessible and affordable.

Your responsibilities:

  • Drive the omnichannel customer experience and maximise brand awareness
  • Incubate e-commerce function and scale rapidly, driving growth
  • Manage new and existing e-commerce platforms and engage with technology stakeholders
  • Monitor, analyse and report on the overall e-commerce sales, site performance, conversion rates, traffic and media (ROAS), across products, pages and customer segments and be able to explain business drivers behind numbers and fluctuations
  • Manage content, SEO and SEM strategy
  • Manage agency relationships and ensure you drive value from partners. This includes setting priorities, budgets and resourcing as a single point of contact for agency leads
  • Drive a best-in-class online shopping experience across mobile, tablet and desktop

Who are you?

  • Creative, analytical, and intuitive at problem-solving, in an ambiguous and ever-changing digital environment
  • You have strong managerial skills in building, leading, coaching, developing, retaining teams, and collaborating with them to deliver cohesive strategies
  • Comfortable with a hands-on approach
  • High attention to detail and executes tasks with urgency

Experience
Must be:

  • Skilled in using Shopify & BigCommerce
  • Hands on across performance media channels

Ideally, you are skilled within:

  • E-commerce management: online management, sales, fulfilment, customer service, operations, and logistics
  • Enterprise level: web platforms, web analytics and marketing tools/services & ecommerce technology, payment processing and content management
  • Project management: platform changes, upgrades, testing an integration of new technology and systems
  • Building e-commerce from the ground up, budget management, working with digital agencies, IT, e-commerce vendors and global marketing teams
