Event Program Manager

Our client is a global market-leading cloud-based SAAS company that has been selling their solutions to enterprise companies for 20 years. They are a Fortune 500 company that has made a massive impact in the market for several business pillars.

This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative Event Marketing Manager, who will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and optimisation of events and strategic third-party events across APAC.

What You’ll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage agencies/vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee event budgeting, ROI tracking, and post-event analysis to optimize future investments.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development to align events with strategic objectives.
• Drive attendee engagement by designing impactful, on-brand event experiences.
• Foster collaboration across marketing teams to integrate best practices and improve event performance.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of corporate event planning experience with a strong track record in managing high-profile events.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• A creative and strategic mindset for designing engaging event experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for measuring event success.
• Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving approach and a passion for technology.
• A fun, collaborative attitude with a can-do spirit
