Our client is an award-winning global tech eCommerce giant that offers their SAAS martech & fintech solutions across 150+ regions, marketed at SME companies.

They are offering the opportunity for someone to run retention and lifecycle campaigns, helping enhance customer engagement and drive product activation across the Australian market. As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end marketing efforts, manage a team, draw on behavioral insights and manage multi-channel strategies to retain users throughout the customer journey.

What Will This Role Involve:

  • Campaign Leadership: Design and execute lifecycle campaigns, including onboarding, post-purchase journeys, and product engagement initiatives.
  • Retention Strategies: Plan campaigns to drive product activation and ongoing use, with a focus on reducing churn.
  • Customer Insights: Identify at-risk customers and develop personalized retention tactics.
  • Educational Content: Create webinars, articles, and videos to inform and engage customers about key product features.
  • Collaboration: Work with teams like Events, Expansion, and Community to deepen customer relationships.
  • Reporting: Track performance, forecast customer attrition, and report on active use trends.
