About the Role

We are recruiting urgently for an experienced BDM (preferably with a SaaS industry background or passion for IT solutions) to join this existing sales team in Melbourne. The BDM plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organisation. Your experience will span across the full sales cycle to identify and capture new business opportunities within your dedicated territory within Western, Northern, and Regional Victoria.

Your Experience

  • Previous BDM experience within SaaS or related sales solutions.
  • Experience with Challenger Sales Methodology is highly desirable, however, commercial acumen is essential, and willing to learn this and put it into practice to fine-tune your craft.
  • Embrace a results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize tasks to accomplish objectives.
  • You have excellent time management and task-switching capabilities.
  • You are a self-starter, goal-orientated, and commercially savvy and you possess the ability to excel in both a team-based and autonomous environment.

Company Culture/Benefits

  • Base salary is $100k-$115k + super + car allowance + uncapped and competitive commission structure. Also, there are other perks that we will present if you are interested in this role.
