With a global footprint, this marketing agency prioritizes what matters most to clients and employees, fostering long-tenured staff and organic client growth.

We’re seeking a visionary Business Development & Strategy Director to spearhead expansion efforts across the APAC region. As a key member of the marketing and sales enablement team, you’ll report directly to the CEO, collaborating closely to unlock new opportunities and maximize our potential.

Some of the main responsibilities and activities include:-

  • Craft and execute innovative business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Lead prospecting, pitch development, and client negotiations.
  • Cultivate relationships with new clients while supporting broader team objectives.
  • Drive up-selling and cross-selling initiatives to boost profitability.
  • Leverage your network to generate leads and establish thought leadership.
  • Manage the new business sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and budgeting.
