The client is in the heart of the North Sydney CBD, their modern and luxe office is close to public transport and has a stunning view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Sydney Opera House and Sydney Harbour.
About the role
If you are comfortable with using various computer systems for entering and tracking invoices, orders, quotes and sales data, an excellent communicator across the phones, email, and chat, skilled at answering customer queries, then this role is for you. This role requires a service-centric mindset, ready to work in a busy environment with providing inbound enquiries and general administrative support to the sales team.
What your day will look like:
– Receives and processes inbound sales queries from clients via telephone, email and online chat function
– Sells to customers and suggests relevant new products and services
– Processes, tracks, codes, and manages invoices and internal reports in a timely
– Assist the sales team with other paperwork and administrative needs to enhance and streamline the workflow within the department.
– Handle customer requests eg. Password resets, download issues etc.
– Creates research Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tickets.
What you’ll need:
– Based in Sydney with the relevant work visa
– Excellent written and verbal
– Relevant customer service experience and/or passion for anything creative
– Proficient computer literacy (internet, Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
