Our client is launching in Australia and looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with the Head of Sales. Last year they we’re funded over $400M and in hyper growth mode! Their platform enables cities to become less rigid in public transport and become more dynamic. They’re looking for someone who can work autonomously and to provide current customers with ongoing care and insights to the market.
The Role
· Provide customers with world class engagement to increase overall customer satisfaction and retention.
· Form relationships with stakeholders and executive sponsors to ensure their implementations are aligned with their business case.
· Monitor, identify and manage customer KPIs.
· Manage onboarding, regular account engagement and analysis.
· Provide customer training and business reviews
· Consistently bring creative ideas and solutions to the business on how to improve their customer service.
· Help to manage the Sydney office and in the future help grow the office
You
· Looking for someone with 5 years’ experience in SaaS or Consulting
· Background in Customer Success & Account Management.
· Ability to quickly learn the solution, implementation best practises and deployment approach.
· Thrive in fast-paced environments and adaptable to change management
· Flexibility as travel is required
· Able to present to C-level executives.
· Ideally has transport or mobility background
Salary – $135,000 base OTE $190,000
