About the Role

The team and wider company are highly passionate about customer success and the difference it can make in their client’s businesses. You will be the direct link and key success point between the company and the customer. You will ensure that the client gets the most out of the company’s services and the value it offers. You will value building strong, meaningful relationships with your clients, while having a strong focus on retention and growth.

What you will do

  • Take new and existing customers through a defined and repeatable success journey, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes from the product portfolio.
  • Support a seamless onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption of the solutions.
  • Adopt a consultative approach to ensure clients extract maximum value from the company’s core products and value-added offerings.
  • Identify opportunities for increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Be the point of call for your existing accounts, managing queries & escalations to achieve resolutions.
  • Deliver presentations and facilitate workshops at events, highlighting the value and impact of the solutions to a broader audience.
  • This role works alongside the team in the UK, therefore will require some meetings outside of normal hours to accommodate other time zones. Flexibility of start/end times is provided to accommodate.

Your Experience

  • Previous experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role within a SaaS business
  • You are customer-centric & possess outstanding consultative skills, with a proven history of building and nurturing strong customer partnerships that benefit both organizations.
  • Take ownership and personal responsibility for achieving customer outcomes and exceeding expectations.
  • Embrace a results-oriented mindset, showcasing the ability to overcome obstacles and prioritize tasks to accomplish objectives.
  • You have excellent time management and task-switching capabilities.
  • You are a self-starter and possess the ability to excel in both a team-based and autonomous environment.
