Salt is partnering with a global Ecommerce Company renowned for its 5-star Luxe experiences. We present a unique opportunity for a Senior Market Manager and Business Development professional to grow the luxurious marketplace with hotels and luxe real estate listing in APAC!

As a Senior Market Manager, your role is pivotal in managing and nurturing the business of Luxe host accounts and spearheading supply acquisition in ANZ and APAC regions. This specialized position demands a professional with 7+ years of relevant experience in sales and account management, coupled with a profound understanding of strategic partnerships, marketing, and operational expertise.

Your Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Cultivating top-tier partnerships with luxury hosts and influential figures in APAC, granting access to the most elite and exclusive luxury homes in the region.
  • Building and nurturing partner relationships within your designated territory.
  • Implementing strategies that drive business objectives and ensure the success of Luxe hosts.
  • Conducting thorough market analysis and staying attuned to industry trends.

What Will Ensure Your Success?

  • Prior experience in luxury travel or real estate (particularly in online marketplaces), demonstrating adeptness in cross-functional collaboration and driving impactful changes.
  • Deep understanding of luxury travel, accommodation and hospitality landscape.
  • Strong executive presence, capable of effectively influencing both internal stakeholders and external industry leaders.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a proven track record of surpassing set goals.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask seamlessly in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
