CHANGE MANAGER – BIG-4 Bank

Seeking a Change Manager to join a leading banking change team for one of Australia’s leading financial institutions.

As a Change Manager, you will play a key role in driving change initiatives that enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• Melbourne CBD, Hybrid working 2 days.
• Exposure to working alongside one of the Big-4 Banks.
• PERM ROLE – $165,000 Base + Superannuation + 10% Bonus

THE ROLE:

As a Change Manager, you will play a key role within one of the core banking change teams. You will lead a portfolio of change that includes larger, more complex programs of work and some smaller projects and initiatives simultaneously.

You will provide guidance and support to the program – and to the business – on how to manage and lead change. As a senior member of our change practice, you will provide support, coaching and assist with the development of the team.

• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that support the Business Everyday Banking change program.
• Lead and manage change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and risk management.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize change initiatives that align with the business’s objectives.
• Develop and deliver training programs that support the successful implementation of change initiatives.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure change initiatives are effectively integrated into project plans and timelines.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Change Manager or extensive experience working in a similar Change Management role delivering end-to-end complex change, within a large-scale financial services environment.
• 4+ years’ experience in Agile Change Delivery & Transformation.
• PROSCI Certified highly regarded.
• Experienced in influencing key stakeholders to ensure initiatives/projects are completed on time, on budget and with desired outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience as a change delivery professional (including determining the change strategy and measuring the success of your change delivery).
• Able to operate as a Change Lead across multiple/complex projects, informally leading other change professionals.
• Background in a project environment coupled with Banking experience.
• Optimisation, improvement and business planning activities and acumen.
• Strong analytical, process and critical thinking skills.
