About the role:

In this customer experience role, you will provide exceptional support for the company’s ecosystem including all their products and many more! This exciting business use variety of cutting edge technical tools, they work as a global team, and partner across the organisation to provide real product development to their customers

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support across the various products
• Ability to provide technical insights and support for products-based issues via phone, email and chat
• Become an SME with strong working knowledge of the products.
• Be able to provide bespoke recommendations and solutions to customers on complex issues in user-friendly ways.
• Ability to provide root cause analysis and able to resolve complex technical issues.

Skills:

• Must be fluent in Japanese & English language skills (written and verbal)
• Effectively communicate with Japanese speaking customers through all offered support channels (phone, chat, and email)
• Min 2 years of work experience in a technical support and customer facing role
• Knowledge of, or experience with, troubleshooting desktop operating systems: Microsoft Windows, macOS
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and can convey complex technical information in user-friendly ways through effective listening and questioning
• Knowledge of Zendesk and Jira is highly beneficial

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of technical support experience
• Excellent communication skills in Japanese
• Proven troubleshooting experience
