DevOps Engineer – Melbourne
The Company
Salt is excited to have teamed up with a fast-growing FinTech organisation based in Melbourne, who is currently seeking a DevOps Engineer to join one of their Engineering teams on a permanent basis.
The Role
As a DevOps Engineer, you will be joining our FinTech client’s DevOps and Data Engineering team, where you’ll be working in an AWS environment and will be responsible for building and maintaining the automation & DevOps environment, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Skills and Competencies
The successful DevOps Engineer should have the following skill set:
- Extensive experience with AWS
- Hands on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and Automation, using Terraform
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines (Github, Scalr, Jenkins)
- Proficient in Docker (ECS) and AWS Fargate
- Strong knowledge working with Linux operating systems
- Understanding of various programming languages (Python, Go)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
