We are seeking a results-driven Digital Sales Optimisation Consultant to enhance product sales performance through best-in-class digital sales experiences. In this role, you will analyse, strategise, and execute initiatives that optimise the digital sales funnel and drive growth across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimise digital sales performance by enhancing user experiences across digital channels.
  • Lead analysis, strategy, and execution across the product portfolio, focusing on sales funnel management, journey optimisation, and content effectiveness.
  • Generate valuable insights into product journey and funnel performance to identify high-value opportunities and drive conversion improvements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for digital sales conversion strategies within Deposits, Home Ownership, or Consumer Finance.
  • Support the development and execution of a digital sales roadmap, prioritising initiatives that boost conversion and revenue growth.
  • Develop strategic recommendations backed by data and insights for senior stakeholders to inform business decisions.
  • Utilise analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Contentsquare, and BrightEdge to measure and optimise the digital sales funnel.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of digital sales initiatives, assessing their impact on channel and funnel performance.

Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics (or similar) with the ability to design and build insightful dashboards for root cause analysis.
  • Strong capability in translating complex data into actionable insights and effectively communicating findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in performing in-depth funnel performance analysis, identifying trends and variances, and recommending strategic solutions to optimise sales performance.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, digital marketing, optimisation techniques (including A/B testing), and personalisation.
  • Experience working in a Digital Sales, eCommerce, or similar function with a focus on digital sales optimisation and SEO.
  • Track record of improving sales performance across the end-to-end digital sales funnel.
  • Ability to articulate business strategies to achieve intended outcomes, with knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering results within a large, complex business environment.
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across a wide stakeholder network to address user drop-off points and develop effective retention strategies.
