Google Sheets Developer (Google Apps Script)

• 12 month contract opportunity- possibility of extension/conversion to perm down the line
• Offering: $850-900 including super per day
• Location: Work Remotely from anywhere in Australia

Please Note: To be considered for this role, you must already have had extensive experience building projects in Google Sheets.

What you’ll be doing?

• In this role, you’ll be involved in the maintenance and development of an internal system built in Google Sheets
• A whole lot of optimisation in the Google Sheets environment and in generating Google Sheet Formulas
• Programming in Google Apps Script (Javascript)
• Implementing new feature requests from users, and troubleshooting any user issues
• Producing and maintaining documentation for the system
• Becoming an expert for this system and educating other stakeholders and teams around this system from time to time

What you’ll bring?

• Proven experience building multiple complex projects using Google Sheets / Google Apps Script
• Expert knowledge of Google Sheet Formulas and the Google Sheets environment as a whole
• Strong Google Apps Script experience
• Strong knowledge and experience of databases and data structures
• A problem-solving attitude – someone who likes to investigate the root cause of issues and resolve them for users
• Accountability and ownership – someone who can own a system / platform and become the subject matter expert for this system
• Great interpersonal and communication skills – someone who can work well collaboratively with technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders
