Junior Project Manager

You will interact with our Enterprise customers to enable these new technologies and support their end users. You will lead multiple engagements from internal discovery/analysis, project initiation to successful project completion.
The role
- Management of projects across a variety of customer implementations in APAC
- Customer/Client stakeholder management across the project portfolio to foster a great customer experience
- Drive key project delivery across the portfolio to successful outcomes
- Provide guidance and project management best practice to Project Leads across the region
- Liaising with Project Leads to identify and remove roadblocks to delivery and enhance customer experience
What you will bring
- Strong IT Project Management skillset
- Experience with customer/client-side implementations (preferably with a SaaS product implementation background)
- Understanding of Identity management
- Experience in/understanding of system integration projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients and drive delivery within an environment that may have conflicting priorities for stakeholders
- Ability/Experience upskilling project teams in project/milestone delivery techniques
