Salt have partnered with a leading Australian Software company that is on the lookout for a Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join their Sydney team!

They are an established organisation that have delivered a number of award winning projects over the years to their clients in the healthcare, wellbeing, entertainment, creative and broadcast sectors.

What you’ll bring?

• Professional experience with Flutter. If you’re experienced with iOS mobile development and are open to transitioning into using Flutter day to day in your next role (where you’ll be trained up), then we still want to here from you!
• 4+ years of professional mobile development experience
• Proven experience delivering mobile application solutions end-to-end
• Experience working in a fact-paced agency or tech startup environment
• Growth mindset where you’re driven to take on new challenges and tasks
• Ability to context switch and work on multiple projects at any one time
• Go-getter attitude where you take initiative, ownership and responsibility
• A passion for design, innovation and user experience

What you’ll be doing?

• Working with multi-disciplinary team members to develop mobile applications for exciting client projects
• Writing clean, testable and maintainable code in Flutter
• Working closely with the Applications Lead and striving for mobile engineering best practices
• Approaching development efforts with a keen eye for design and user experience
• Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Following Test-Driven Development standards across the tech team and supporting CI/CD
