We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Project Manager to join our team and oversee transformation initiatives across both IT and operations.

With a focus on improving IT systems and optimizing operational processes, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to drive key transformation initiatives across our business.

THE ROLE:

In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the company’s growth by leading and managing multiple workstreams, ensuring smooth project execution, and driving continuous improvement efforts. Your ability to manage complex projects, optimize processes, and think with a long-term focus will be vital to the success of our transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the delivery of transformation projects across IT and operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Workstream Management: Oversee and support multiple workstreams, ensuring coordination, alignment, and seamless execution across various teams and departments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and progress.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within both IT and operational areas. Implement best practices and process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues across projects, developing mitigation plans and working collaboratively with teams to resolve challenges.
  • Long-Term Focus: Ensure all transformation efforts are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and long-term vision. Drive forward-thinking solutions that have a lasting impact on the business.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and outcomes to senior leadership. Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of project deliverables.

TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the logistics, supply chain, or IT sectors.
  • Strong understanding of both IT systems and operational processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple workstreams in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process optimization initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on long-term strategic goals.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach to project delivery, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

To be successful, you must be someone who works collaboratively with the team and can adapt to high pressure environments. You need to be a people person that can easily build relationships and ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
