The Resource Management Representative will be responsible for managing schedules of staff within the team, distributing workload of customer cases among the team, and ensuring operational efficiency. This is the perfect opportunity for recent graduates looking to get their foot in the door with a leading global software company! Training for this position is provided.
What does your day look like?
- Work from the comfort of your own home.
- Working hours from 7am-3.30pm.
- Setup, maintain, and monitor team schedules.
- Dispatch customer cases evenly to team members.
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure smooth processes are maintained
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working in IT level 1 support.
- Experience working with Jira.
- Experience in customer service position, specifically incident management.
- Knowledge of web application technologies.
- Experience working in a fast passed environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
*Candidates must be Australian Citizens eligible for Federal Government Clearance.
