Senior Analyst, Customer Communications Insights

The Senior Analyst should be able to drive their squads to implement evidence-based marketing communication using advanced Data and Analytics techniques, such as MarTech/AdTech capability.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will use advanced Data and Analytics techniques to:

• Explore data to provide data-driven insights and support strategic decision-making across Marketing, including measuring 1:1 marketing activity.
• Conduct pre-campaign analytics to help shape customer contact strategy design and targeting opportunities.
• Work with ‘Design of Experiment’ (DOE) methodology to design and modify existing campaigns.
• Conduct post-campaign analytics to continuously monitor and influence the optimisation of campaign performance.
• Facilitate appropriate course of action resulting from analytical insights (eg. marketing activity, customer contact opportunities) to best meet business objectives
• Ensure the delivery of campaigns and related activities are done error free following the campaign governance framework.

• Financial services experience, especially consumer or business banking
• Experience working in agile frameworks and familiarity with the rituals
• Experience coaching and guiding junior analysts
• Outstanding influencing and motivating skills
• Experience managing off-shore teams
• Expertise in Campaign measurement and optimisation as well as Marketing execution, delivery, governance and design

While a Tertiary qualification in a relevant field will be highly regarded, what will win you the day, is your extensive experience in banking and finance and data and analytics.
