Join a leading energy company as a Senior Business Analyst, working on a critical Identity and Access Management (IDAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) Cyber Transformation project. This is an exciting opportunity to drive impactful change in the organization’s cyber security capabilities, particularly within the areas of identity and privileged access management.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• MELBOURNE CBD based.
• Hybrid working
• $900.00 a day Inclusive of superannuation
• Exposure to working alongside one of Australia’s largest energy providers.
• 6-month Day rate contract. Most likely to be extended ongoingly.

THE ROLE:

You will collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, define use cases, and help build a proof-of-concept solution to enhance the company’s security posture.

• Lead detailed requirements gathering for IDAM/PAM solutions, with a focus on CyberArk/SailPoint or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build a proof-of-concept, defining use cases, and developing test plans.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions, taking a proactive role in shaping project outcomes.
• Engage with highly technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and security requirements.
• Support the overall cyber security transformation, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience as a Business Analyst in Identity & Access Management (IDAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), ideally with platforms such as CyberArk or SailPoint.
• Strong background in cyber security projects, including access control, user provisioning, and compliance.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively in driving project deliverables.
• Comfortable leading discussions and workshops with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience building proof-of-concept projects, including defining use cases and test plans.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.
