Senior Consultant – Digital Channel Analytics

As the Senior Consultant – Digital Channel Analytics within the Marketing Infrastructure team, you will act as the MarTech business product owner of the Adobe MarTech suite of products (excluding Adobe Campaign and AEM) and other related components.

You will help implement the vision and roadmap for the MarTech suite; translating the strategy into executable solutions for relevant Technology teams to deliver on, whilst also working closely and in collaboration with key stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

What you’ll be doing

  • Ideation and shaping: executing the vision for the MarTech stack, including defining the roadmap and ensuring it stays relevant accounting for industry and technology trends
  • Prioritisation and maintenance of the product backlog: working closely with digital and technology teams to define what needs to be built in the form of initiatives, features and user stories
  • Delivery and measurement: supporting delivery by helping to resolve key questions/blockers, making decisions, reviewing work items, planning, tracking and reporting progress, and measuring success and learnings
  • Product ownership: agreeing upon the customer and business outcomes to be delivered by each sprint
  • MarTech/Adobe suite of products subject matter expert
  • Proactively monitor risk and assurance requirements within the agreed Risk Appetite, and manage non-compliance in a timely manner

What you’ll bring

  • Expert level knowledge in the delivery of digital marketing solutions using the Adobe suite of products (including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Test & Target, and Adobe Audience Manager), preferably within a bank or service provider
  • Experience working with Google Advertising Platforms including Google Campaign and SA360. With an understanding of how these integrate with Martech platforms
  • Working knowledge of Ensighten or similar tag management solutions
  • Experience working within the Agile environment and project management skills
  • Ability to empathise with the multiple teams who have a reliance (and differing requirements) on/from the Adobe stack, whilst at the same time, ensuring the objectives of the Marketing Infrastructure team are achieved
  • Risk awareness related to Data and Cloud Security is also desirable, although not mandatory
