Senior DevOps Engineer – Melbourne
The Company
Salt has partnered with an exciting AI start-up based in Melbourne, who is currently seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their digital Engineering teams on a permanent basis, which is due to start ASAP.
The Role
As the Senior DevOps Engineer, you will be joining our client’s cross-functional digital engineering team, where you’ll be will be responsible for building and maintaining the automation & DevOps environment, and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Skills and Competencies
The successful Senior DevOps Engineer should have the following skill set:
- Extensive experience with various Public Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Hands on knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, BitBucket, Git,)
- Demonstrated experience in configuration management tools (Ansible)
- Proficient in Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems
- Understanding of various programming languages (Python, Node.js, Java)
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
