Seeking a Senior Project Manager to come join one of the big-4 banks to deliver & implement the ADP Payroll system across one of Australia’s most reputable banks.

• 12-Month Contract Role – $1500.00 A DAY + GST
• Enterprise-Wide Cloud Training Program
• Implementation of Enterprise-Wide Payroll system – ADP.

THE ROLE:

The role will be responsible for a standalone project or work directly for a Program Manager on a larger-scale organisational-wide program.

The range of initiatives will span from a single project within a line of business in a single region through to working across lines of business across multi regions and in a complex stakeholder environment.

You will be responsible for a large-scale implementation of ADP into one of Australia’s most reputable banks. You will be coordinating a 40-million-dollar project that will be affect 30,000 employees.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Manage all aspects of a diverse IT project or multiple IT projects, typically involving multiple disciplines in the IT function.
• Dealing with key stakeholders from all parts of the business.
• Strong leadership skills: proven ability to manage competing demands.
• Managing & tidying up the solution designs.
• Finance tracking & reporting.
• Change Management – Ensure an effective change management plan is developed ensuring that the required change is achieved.
• Being able to work within a dynamic and diverse environment.
• Mandatory knowledge of, and experience within an IT development team.
• Exposure to Business Continuous Suites.
• Agile Delivery experience
• Previous experience working in the banking or finance would be beneficial.
• Project Management certifications.
