Technical Business Analyst – API

Seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in integrations and API technology to join one of Australia’s leading universities.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• $900.00 a Day Inclusive of super.
• Initial 6-Month engagement, with possibility of extension.
• Flexible working arrangements, Melbourne CBD.
• Hybrid working model.
• Exposure to working alongside a well-established Australian Uni.

THE ROLE:

• Work with business units to identify integration and API requirements.
• Collaborate with IT development teams to design, develop, test, and implement integration solutions.
• Looking at different data sets and helping the teams with the UAT.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration and API solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and API related issues.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies related to integrations and API technology.
• Looking and reviewing the integration test cases.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• 3 + years working with business units to identify integration and API requirements.
• Collaborate with IT development teams to design, develop, test and implement integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for integration and API solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and API related issues.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Prior knowledge or reviewing data and conducting UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of business processes and project management methodologies.
