Marketing Technology Audience Manager

Job Description

Salt have partnered with this industry leading future as a great Software company who are looking for a marketing technology manager to join their Global Marketing Operations department.

As a Marketing Technology Audience Manager, there will be responsibilities for audience setup for the customer data platform and other media platforms; pixels implementation, and overall media operations quality assurance, ensuring data accuracy across our reporting tools.

This role will drive and/or contribute to cross functional projects that elevate the team’s effectiveness through improved or new tooling, processes and data accuracy within reporting as well as launching innovative new support channels and methods.

The ideal candidate must be passionate about technology and have demonstrated ability to learn quickly and work effectively in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments. The individual should exhibit a proactive, can-do spirit and approach work with vigour and determination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer data platform audience requirements setup to ensure all use cases are being successfully delivered
  • Take on the role as a critical team member for the Customer Data Platform in both implementation projects as well as in discovery to ensure ideation of uses cased based on value drivers and challenges
  • Collaborate with Customer Data Platform owners to ensure any new media technologies are being included in the tool and the setup is accurate.
  • Supervise overall ad campaign and audiences setup, trafficking, scheduling and QA across multiple platforms
  • Monitor patterns and proactively surface proposals to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency
  • Monitor active campaigns via our reporting tools, ensuring operational health and data accuracy
  • Collaborate with our regional teams and agencies partners and vendors as needed to drive campaign success, resolve issues, and manage operational optimization actions
  • Drive continual improvements to streamline and improve quality and effectiveness of day-to-day operational activities
  • Ensure with our media partners the documentation of all procedures and ensuring that guidelines are being followed

Skills & Experience

  • Experience with data analytics , performing analysis on marketing data and uses cases in all our platforms including Customer Data Platform or GA to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor active campaigns and audiences use cases, ensuring operational health, processing of data feeds, and ensuring accuracy of performance reporting
  • Experience with media campaign, audiences and tracking setup; trafficking, scheduling and QA of campaigns across Customer Data Platform and multiple agency lead platforms
  • Build processes supporting media operations procedures and ensure best practices and industry trends
  • Strong planning and organising skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with a capacity to present, discuss and explain issues coherently and logically both in writing and verbally
  • Good influencing and persuasion skills with the ability to enthuse and inspire multidisciplinary teams and build successful relationships at all levels
  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

£300 per day Inside IR35

Initial 3 months with chance of extension
