Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in executive support or office management roles.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.
– Experience in project management and event planning is a plus.
– Strong command in english and arabic language
