Key Requirements
To develop and deliver people management strategies
Cover the full HR spectrum, including recruitment and talent development
Managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity and campaigns
Contribute at both a strategic and operational level
Provide expert professional advice and support to staff on all aspects of people management
The Successful Applicant
* Minimum of 10 years HR experience
* Degree qualified – Ideally within HR or relevant subject
* Experience within a global business
