I am working with a global technology company in Riyadh, who are looking to add an HC Business Partnership Manager to their team.
The role revolves around collaborating closely with business leaders. The aim is to grasp their business goals and the accompanying human capital needs. By harmonizing human capital strategies with established business objectives, you will work to bridge any disparities between human capital and business aims.
This encompasses tasks such as recognizing and resolving gaps between human capital and business objectives, furnishing support and advisory services in human capital matters, overseeing human capital projects and endeavours, executing human capital programs and policies, sculpting, and managing talent prerequisites, and maintaining effective communication with business line managers and leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into effective HC practices and deliver people solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Deliver key HC initiatives across SRMG, including workforce planning, restructuring, resourcing, talent management, pay and reward, employee relations, employee engagement and performance management.
- Lead the implementation of change management and continuous improvement initiatives, using business knowledge and intelligence to inform changes and develop solutions to ensure that all HC operational systems and processes are aligned with identified requirements.
- Provide HC guidance and prompt support to managers and employees on HC matters, including but not limited to performance, attendance, complex employment cases, and employee relations challenges.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of compliance requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, ensuring regulatory compliance through partnering with the Legal and Compliance teams, as required.
- Develop effective solutions as per the directions and implement HC programs & initiatives efficiently and effectively.
- Analyse HC data and metrics to identify trends and propose recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources including 3 years of HR Business Partnership in a medium sized-reputable organization.
- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent is required.
- Experience in building and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HC principles and practices, as well as the ability to partner with business-line managers to develop and implement HC initiatives.
40k-45k SAR p/month + benefits
