We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to join the expanding business.
Responsibilities
· Providing domestic corporate advisory and legal compliance related services;
· Consulting on corporate legal processes such as company registration, selection of the most optimal legal form of the company in UAE;
· Consulting on the most appropriate legal ownership structure for various assets
· Advising on possible legal issues connected with opening a bank account for legal entities and individuals;
· Consulting on HR Compliance issues, including employment, salary, visa issues in accordance with UAE legislation;
· Consulting on legal issues connected with Real Estate, draft and register of contracts on purchase, lease of real estate. Conducting legal due diligence on target real estate objects to be purchased by the clients of the company
· Advising on UAE cryptocurrency legislation and compliance;
· To deal and liaise with various Regulatory Authorities, Banks, Free Zones etc. in UAE, GCC and MENA region under their respective Commercial Laws and Regulations;
