The candidate is expected to quickly adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage on an autonomous basis assigned legal tasks.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Contract review, development, and management in all areas of the activities
· Support of various departments and entities within the whole group from legal perspective;
· Coordination with Compliance Officer on regulatory development
· Assist in the corporate housekeeping activities, when required and ensure the company records
· Assist in the changes and development of existing and new legal structures (including in new jurisdictions) as and when required;
· Assist in handling conflict resolution / litigation process as and when required: on both the operational side (arbitration regarding claims) and the corporate side.
· Provide legal support in strategic projects to include legal requirements, ensuring appropriate and timely identification, assessment, and implementation of such requirements, as and when required.
