Responsibilities
Assist in building and maintaining good relationships with targeted universities and cooperate with the Talent Attraction manager to design the activities and develop the programs across the firms.
* Identify hiring needs with stakeholders to design internship programs.
* Assist in handling college/University career fairs to attract and interact with students and recent graduates.
* Design and develop fresh graduate programs and manage the overall co-op programs including the management of the budget.
* Assist in creating a strong employer brand, developing effective recruitment strategies, and leveraging various channels to attract the best candidates.
* Support the design and implementation of Talent mobility programs.
* Establish and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions.
* Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
* Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her area of expertise.
