Due to growth, they are looking to expand their team and are seeking a talented Account Executive to support the management of social media accounts. Fluency in Arabic is strongly desired, but not essential, as the role will also require proficiency in English.
Job Description:
As a Bilingual Account Executive, you will assist in managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms for clients within the MENA region. While you will be working closely with the Account Management team to ensure smooth delivery of projects, this role will also give you the opportunity to actively contribute to the development and optimization of digital strategies. You’ll need to be a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, and an eagerness to learn and grow within the social media space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Account Managers in the day-to-day management of client social media accounts and campaigns.
- Help develop and implement social media strategies for clients, aligned with their objectives and target audiences.
- Support in creating, curating, and managing content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure the timely production and delivery of social media content.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare regular reports for clients, summarizing campaign performance and key metrics.
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and respond to inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Conduct research on trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform social media strategies.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts, such as meeting scheduling, communication, and document management.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong communication skills in both English (required) and Arabic (strongly desired, but not essential).
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field, ideally in an agency environment.
- Understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments (creative, strategy, analytics).
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and capable of working independently when needed.
- Strong client-facing skills with a professional and positive approach.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
