The Role
Seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to lead high-impact strategies that fuel growth and solidify our brand as a market leader. Your mission: increase brand visibility, generate top-quality leads, and drive our market influence forward.

Key Responsibilities;

• Paid Media Campaigns: Build and optimize B2B campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, and Google Display to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Content Strategy: Manage a content calendar that engages audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, blogs, and more. Collaborate with our copywriter to create industry-relevant content.
• Offline Campaigns: Design and execute offline marketing initiatives, including events and seminars tailored to B2B audiences.
• Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts and assist with initial lead screening.
• Data & Analytics: Use analytics tools and dashboards to measure campaign success and make data-driven improvements.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor moves to refine marketing approaches.

Who You Are;

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or HR
• Strong understanding of lead generation, campaign optimization, and analytics
• Proficient in marketing tools like HubSpot
• Effective communicator and team player, fluent in English (Arabic is a plus!)
