Events Coordinator

Job Summary:

As an Events Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that events are seamlessly executed, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This role requires a creative mind, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, vision, and requirements.
• Develop detailed event plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audio-visual requirements.

Client Communication:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
• Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and address client concerns promptly.

Marketing Support:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for events.
• Assist in the development of social media campaigns and other marketing initiatives related to events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Events Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Creativity and an eye for detail.
• Knowledge of the Dubai events landscape is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
