Role Overview:

Seeking an experienced Head of Growth to lead the customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. This leader will develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, build a high-performing team, and drive measurable results for the suite of HR tech products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies and go-to-market plans to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Lead all marketing efforts, including brand positioning, paid and organic campaigns, events, and public relations.
• Collaborate across functions with sales, product, and other teams to optimize business performance.
• Manage and develop a high-performing marketing team, ensuring cohesive and effective execution.
• Leverage data-driven insights to measure the success of marketing initiatives and optimize future efforts.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in growth and/or marketing at a growth-stage company (Series A-C), preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving growth and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
• Experience in HR tech or a related industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
